Our item “Minimalist Game Dev Speedrun” is eligible for our 60-day refund policy. If your product is not to your liking, you can send us an email requesting a refund.

We issue refunds once a week, so your process should take no more than 7 days to complete, plus any additional time the banks require to complete the transaction.
Not applicable for refunds, if the mail is sent more than 60 days after delivery.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.
